Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function and according to our company’s specifications. The successful candidate will strive to create visually appealing and intuitive web experiences, ensuring seamless navigation and user interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Front-End Development:
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement modern design principles to enhance user experience.
- Back-End Development:
- Build efficient, secure, and scalable server-side applications using languages such as Python, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js.
- Integrate databases and APIs to support dynamic website functionality.
- Web Design and UI/UX:
- Collaborate with designers to translate visual mockups and wireframes into functional web pages.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility:
- Ensure that web applications are compatible across various browsers and devices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements to existing websites.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (Python, Ruby, PHP, Node.js).
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and web server technologies.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
